Dr. Hilliary Abbott is a Naturopathic Physician who graduated from Bastyr University. Her clinical focuses include mast cell disorders, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, hypermobility spectrum disorders (including EDS) and digestive health. Her own personal health history led to a deep interest in complex health conditions.
She is committed to performing thorough evaluations for patients with complex health histories to help determine the root cause and focus on foundations for health.

Clinical interests
Mast Cell Disorders
Assessment and treatment of mast cell activation syndrome, mastocytosis and histamine intolerance. Skin biopsies and blood-based genetic testing performed when indicated to evaluate for suspected cutaneous or systemic mastocytosis.
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome
Assessment and management of POTS and other dysautonomia, including evaluation of underlying contributors and overlapping conditions, with individualized treatment approaches.
Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders
Assessment and management of hypermobility spectrum disorders including Ehlers Danlos syndrome (EDS). Genetic testing for EDS and other connective tissue disorders is performed when indicated.
